- Pray as Lois and Craig E. as they work together to define roles and responsibilities within our organization.
- Pray for time to conduct staff reviews in this busy holiday season.

Praises!
- Praise God we are keeping up with the huge caseload as more people call in with needs.
Requests:
- Pray for a Monday Intake volunteer.
- Pray for protection for our volunteers from getting sick this 'flu season.
- Pray that people can find Thanksgiving assistance.

New Hope Program and Community Courses
Praises!
- Praise God for the 7 families who enrolled in the Financial Course.
- Praise God 7 children were sponsored for a Birthday in a Box this month.
- Praise God Renee is making good progress on preparing parenting class materials.
- Praise God we have enough adopters for our Adopt-A-Family Christmas ministry.
Requests:
- Pray for grace during the busy holiday schedule.
- Pray for our upcoming family night in the children's program where the kids have their Christmas choir.
- Pray for the December agency meeting to help grow our relationships.
- Pray for all of our volunteers and clients as we enter 'flu season.
- Pray for a Tuesday childcare worker.
- Pray for a Thursday food box runner.
- Pray for male and female budget counselors.
- Pray for many more children's helpers on Thursday night.

The Grace Place and Donation Center
Praises!
- Praise God for the great turnout on Senior Wednesday. We're thankful for the volunteers who catered the event.
- Praise God several new volunteers with retail experience would like to serve in the store.
- Praise God that many key volunteer positions are being filled.
- Praise God we have a new errand runner.
Requests:
- Pray for a Monday prep volunteer.
- Pray we have a strong short Thanksgiving week as we will be closed Thursday thru' Saturday.
- Pray for more volunteers to work in the Donation Center and Warehouse.

Praises!
- Praise God Kirkpatrick Presbyterian wants to pursue partnering with us.
- Praise God for our wonderful partner pastors who believe in the Defining Difference and speak it to others. We had a great time over lunch.
- Praising God for a small Hispanic church that wants to partner and is getting their youth involved first.
- The church of the week is Valley Church and Pastor Norm Rutzen. Pray for their ministries and outreaches.
Requests:
- Pray for a Defining Difference Training at Nampa Christian Church on Saturday November 19th. We expect 20-30 to attend.
- Pray for us as we schedule Defining Difference Trainings in the New Year.
- Pray as we evaluate our promo materials for potential church partners.

Finances
Praises!
- Thanking God for His faithful provision of finances.
- Thanking God for each donor who gives faithfully every month.
- Thanking God for churches that do drives to raise gas money.
Requests:
- Pray we end the year strong!
- We are exploring how to increase Selah book sales for the holidays and also how to create an e-book. May the Lord bless both efforts.
- Pray people will select us for their end-of-year donations.

Gap Ministries
Praises!
- Praise God the Junior closet meeting was well attended and went well.
- Praise God Lesa was able to visit the Chain Gang meeting. What a blessing these teams are.
- Praise God a group of Nazarene youth stacked a huge pile of firewood.
- Praise God we were able to deliver wood to 3 families in need.
Requests:
- Pray for more furniture donations of all types for our clients and the store.
- Pray for volunteers for our Junior closet on Thursday afternoons.
- Pray for guidance as we look at improving several of our vouchers and forms for the Gaps.
- Pray for donated storage space for our furniture items.
